Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies we use on heaps.pl, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (for example to remember your consent choice).

Some are strictly necessary. Others (analytics) are optional and used only with your consent.

2. How we use them

Necessary: keep the site working, secure forms where applicable, and store your cookie preferences so we do not ask on every visit.

Analytics (optional): help us understand how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser). We intend to use Google Analytics for this purpose. The script loads only after you accept analytics cookies.

3. Categories

Necessary cookies / storage: consent record (local storage key heaps-consent), session/security helpers required for basic operation.

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics / gtag cookies (for example _ga, _ga_*) when NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is configured and you have granted analytics consent. These are not set before consent.

4. Your choices

On your first visit you can accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or customize analytics.

You can change your mind anytime using “Manage cookie preferences” on this page, or clear site data in your browser.

You can also block cookies in browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may affect consent remembering and some site features.

5. More information

Details about personal data processing are in our Privacy Policy.
